Booking Conditions

1. A deposit of 25% is payable on booking and the balance is payable 4 weeks before the start of the holiday. if balance of payment is not received 4 weeks prior to the start of the holiday the flat will be available for re-let.

2. Bookings will be confirmed by return post upon receipt of deposit.

3. No liability is accepted for loss of personal items or damage/theft of any vehicle whilst on Acorn House properly.

4. A bond is not charged so it is requested that care is taken with the property and its contents. On departure the flat should be left clean and tidy and any damage reported. We reserve the right to charge for breakages.

5. Deposits are non refundable.
